Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At 22 Tango Creative School, we commit to delivering top-quality creative education across our music production, DJing, vocal, and studio programs. We understand that personal schedules or circumstances may change, and this policy outlines your rights and conditions for course cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Windows & Refund Rates

Refund amounts are based on when your written cancellation request is submitted prior to the start of the scheduled program cohort or individual session:

• 7 Days or More Before Program Start: Eligible for a 100% full refund (minus non-refundable payment processor administration fees, if applicable), or a 100% course credit valid for 12 months.
• 3 to 6 Days Before Program Start: Eligible for a 50% partial refund, or a 100% course credit transfer to a future cohort batch.
• Less Than 72 Hours Before Program Start / After Cohort Launch: Non-refundable. Tuition fees cannot be refunded once a program cohort has commenced or within 72 hours of launch, as studio space and instructor schedules are reserved.

3. Program Cancellation by 22 Tango

In the rare event that 22 Tango Creative School cancels a scheduled workshop or cohort due to severe weather, facility emergencies, or unforeseen instructor unavailability, enrolled students will receive a 100% full refund or the option to transfer seamlessly into the next available cohort.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

1. Send an email to hello@22tango.com with the subject line "Refund Request, [Your Full Name], [Program Name]".
2. Include your registration details, payment receipt reference, and reason for withdrawal.
3. Refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.
