2. Program Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment in 22 Tango Creative School courses (including Mixroom, Song Studio, Voice Lab, Personalized Music Learning, StudioWork, and U-Host) is subject to space availability and confirmation:

Registration Accuracy: Applicants must provide accurate, complete information when submitting enrollment forms.
Seat Reservation: A seat in a workshop cohort or individual program is only secured upon receipt of confirmation and any applicable deposit or registration fee.
Schedule Changes: 22 Tango reserves the right to modify cohort schedules or instructor assignments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to students.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including logos, SVGs, program curriculums, text copy, graphic overlays, and media assets, is the exclusive property of 22 Tango Music Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Studio Policies

Students participating in studio sessions or workshops are expected to respect instructors, fellow creators, and studio equipment. 22 Tango maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, property damage, or disruptive conduct, reserving the right to dismiss any student who violates community guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain accurate website information and deliver top-tier instruction, 22 Tango Creative School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability or technical interruptions. Educational outcomes depend on student dedication, practice, and application.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cebu, Philippines.
